  • Yogurt As A Treatment For Acne


    Yogurt is one of the best known natural and effective means of treating pimples. When applied to the skin, its acidic nature helps destroy unwanted bacteria in the hair follicles; when included in the diet, its high nutritional value fortifies the immune system contributing to good skin health.

    Yogurt when combined with other common kitchen ingredients such as oatmeal and honey can be used as a scrub mixture for both the face and the body. Meanwhile, when mixed with one beaten egg, the resulting concoction is an effective hair conditioner. There are host of possibilities with yogurt but whether it is applied or consumed, it has been proven to improve the skin’s health and appearance.
