Vitamins and proteins are most important for the human body and without them we would be prone to a number of immune diseases and complications.
Vitamins play a decisive role in the smooth functioning of the body and in the following lines I will list the main vitamins and their defining characteristics.
Vitamin A is necessary for growth and vision.
Vitamin B or better said the B vitamins, given that there is a whole family of B’s, they determine nervous balance, they have an important role in forming red blood cells and they help digestion and assimilation.
Vitamin C increases help increase your resistance to various diseases and ensures that your body will be ready for anything.
Vitamin D is in excellent anti-rachitic and because it allows calcium to attach to the bones.
But it is good to know, that proteins also keep us in shape, they make us energetic and active, with one condition: to eat a satisfying amount of protein foods. This is why all the diets that work recommend certain amounts of meats and fat, and if you exceed the limit a half an hour on the motorized treadmill should do the trick in getting rid of the surplus calories.
Indicated dose: every day at least one gram of protein for every 2 pounds of your weight, for example less than 2.5 oz to 154 lbs. the dose increases for the very active growing children, teenagers, pregnant or nursing women. You must note that about 20% of the weight of meat is the protein; fish contains the same report, 15%, eggs 10%, cheese 15 – 30% and milk 3.5%.
If you are concerned about a healthy diet, remove the food that contains the most calories and make room for vitamins and proteins. Research revealed a painful truth that longevity decreases as weight increases: diabetes, hypertension, cardiac and respiratory disorders, premature aging, especially threatens persons that are over weight.
