If  you are looking for a great way to change you appearance without spending too much money, or being too drastic, then perhaps you should consider buying some colour contact lenses.  With these lenses you can change the colour of your eyes in a startlingly different way.  If  you normally have blue eyes then you can change the to green.  If you normally have brown eyes then you can change them to blue.  But not only can you change their colour you can also enhance them, for instance you can get colour contacts which will turn your eyes into bright azure blue and make you quite the centre of attention.  Or if you prefer to darken the colour of your eyes, with colour contacts you can do this very easily, turning normal colour eyes to an unnervingly dark shade.

You can even have quite a lot of fun with the colour of your eyes these days with costume contact lenses able to give you wolf eyes, or monster eyes or some other weird and wonderful effect.  Perfect if you want to just finish off that fancy dress costume to ensure that you will be the talk of the evening.

Now, although these contact lenses are indeed easy to purchase, you should still be careful about anything that you put into contact with your eyes and this applies to coloured contact lenses just as it would for any other type of lens.  You should go to you optometrist and discuss the options available to you, they may even be able to order the lenses for you.  When they arrive you should also pay close attention to the instructions that the optometrist gives you on how to use and wear them.  Having fun with your eye colour is one thing, causing permanent damage to your eyes through simple misuse of your colour contacts would be another.
