If the arch is too pronounced, a bone reduction is necessary, while in case of an arch not very pronounced, a small prosthesis will be inserted.

Frontal Lifting:
As a remedy for a face marked by wrinkles, an incision on the scalp is made, beginning above one ear and ending above the other. The detachment of the periosteum , the corrugator front muscles, the eyebrows and the small vertical muscle located at the root of the nose is then performed. At this point, the surgeon raises back and on the sides the tissue, anchoring the skin and muscles to the scalp, using absorbable points. Uncoupling from the periosteum, during surgery, some corrugator muscles, will result in a limited facial expressions, in order to prevent the further appearance of he front wrinkles. Through the mini cosmetic face surgery, the outer side of the eye can also be raised, and in case of drop of the cheeks, go until the cheekbone, to lift also the contours of the face.
