    Double chins are areas of a person’s neck that have saggy fat appearing, which makes a person look as if he or she has a second chin. Most people, but not all, who have an extra fatty chin do so because they do not eat the right foods, do not get adequate exercise, are overweight, obese, or aged. In countries where beauty is admired over inner qualities, some individuals (i.e., mainly women) obsess about such imperfections; these obsessive thoughts may lead some to compulsive methods of trying to get rid of the excess fat in the chin area. Thus, double chins are a problem for many people not engaging in healthy life habits, like abiding by strict nutritious schedules and staying physically active.

    Because most of the people who are obsessed with their double chins are women, analysts have come up with an array of techniques for disguising the fatty material in the neck area. Below are some tips to hiding a double chin, specific to women.

    Tip one: One way to hide a double chin is by simply looking up, with the head straight;looking down tends to bring out the fatty material more.

    Tip two: A second method involves dressing in outfits that have a long-neck (e.g., tank tops, blouses, and some shirts). Only wear clothes that have a lower neck-line, though.

    Tip three: Another technique is wearing makeup, eye-liners, rouge and other beauty-enhancing products to put attention to the face and distract viewers from the double chin.

    Tip Four: Wear items that may bring attention to them over the fatty chin. Do not wear ear rings that pull on your ears so much that they strain the neck area and cause it to droop the saggy fat. Small, luscious jewelry is ideal.

    Tip Five: While engaging in tips one through four, diet and exercise to get rid of that excess fat permanently!
